炉水只作热载体使用,在运行时,水中的氧加热析出。排出炉外,炉内长期使用不会发生氧腐蚀,一次性加入热媒水,有限少量的钙镁离子亦被加热软化,运行时炉水不增不减,因此锅炉内部不发生结垢,延长了锅炉使用的寿命,是一般锅炉寿命1.5~2倍。

微结构Structure
间接加热热水锅炉的下半部结构与普通锅炉一样,由燃烧室与传热管组成,上半部分装有热交换器,炉体上部装设有膨胀水箱。由于锅炉整体是在常压状态下,故绝对安全。炉内的热媒介在锅炉运行的全过程中不进、不出,在锅炉的传热管与热交换器之间传递热量。炉内的热媒介经加热完全脱氧和软化,无腐蚀,无水垢,使锅炉寿命长达20多年。内置换热器严格按照管壳式换热器制造标准制造,壳程和管程分别作水压试验
The structure of lower part of the indirect heating boiler is the same as the regular one ,it’s composed of the firebox and heat transfer tubes, the upper part is equipped with a heat exchanger, there is also an expansion tank at the top. Generally, the boiler works under normal pressure, so it’s absolutely safe, the thermal media in the boiler isn’t in or out when the boiler is working, it transfers the heat between heat transfer tube and heat exchange, after being heated in furnace heat medium completely deoxidization and softening, and there is no furring and oxygen corrosion, these make the using life of the boiler last as long as 20yearsbuild in heat exchanger is manufactured to comply with manufacturing standard of shell-and -tube heatexchange tube pass and shell pass are put to test of water pressure.
